Purchases made with Blue Rock Barn may be returned by the customer for any reason within 15 days of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Blue Rock Barn does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.
Please include your name, address, Blue Rock Barn order number, email address, and a note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 314 N. Lincoln St., Metamora, IL 61548.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Blue Rock Barn does not offer traditional product exchanges.
Instead, we recommend returning your original item (see "Returns" above) and immediately placing a new Blue Rock Barn order for a replacement item. Your original form of payment will be refunded when we receive the returned product. By placing a new order right away, your new product will arrive much faster than waiting for us to receive your old product.
You may also wait to place your new order until after we have received your returned product and processed your refund.
